Of the total 30ha of land, 1ha is owned by the company, and approximately 29ha is leased from the state, with a lease running for another 40 years. The planted vines belong to the company. The company therefore receives annual Eu subsidies for the cultivation of the cultivated land, which generate several times the lease costs.
The majority of the vineyards were planted in 2012; older vineyards were acquired, and new vines were planted in 2020/2021.

The current production facility is rented, with a current rent of Eur 600 per month. All machinery, both old and new, is owned by the company, and it has everything it needs to run the business. Eu subsidies can also be used when purchasing machinery in Croatia, sometimes up to 70% of the costs.

Construction Project: Modern Winery With Showroom, Sales Area, And Parking For Tourists And Coaches
A lot has already been invested in this project. The property is located next to a vineyard with beautiful views and good transport links. Almost all details have been worked out with architects, the municipality, and Eu funds to provide financing, and the green light has been given from all sides. Some graphics and photos are below.
The cost of construction and the complete new machinery would currently be approximately Eur 3,000,000 to Eur 3,500,000. Eu funds would cover a large portion of the costs.
