The house is located in Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula. 350 meters from the beach.
The house is without the need for investment, the interior is luxuriously decorated with a combination of wood and stone.

It has a ground floor and a first floor, both of which consist of two bedrooms, a living room and a terrace (the first floor has a view of the sea).
The yard is decorated with fruit trees, a fireplace and a storage room. It has a garage and parking for two cars.

Peljesac is the second largest Croatian peninsula (after Istria) located in the south of Croatia in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County.
Orebić is located in the southwest of the Pelješac peninsula under the hill of St. Ilija. It is located on the Pelješka channel opposite the town of Korcula on the island of the same name and is connected to it by ferry.
On the territory of the municipality of Orebic, there are two important wine-growing areas, Dingac and Postup. In history, the most important activity was shipping (Orebic was known as a place with many sea captains) as well as agriculture (olive growing and wine growing). Today, the most important activity is tourism.
