b) on agricultural land of more than 20,000 m2 with at least 400 trees olive tree as a ground floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 100 m2
c) on agricultural land of more than 30,000 m2 with at least 600 trees olive tree as a ground-floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 200 m2 .
